By Accepting merchandise covered under this invoice, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our Shipping Order Amount is US/CA $200
- Service Charge of $10 handling fee will be applied on all shipping orders less than $200 (CAD).
- Service Charge of $10 handling fee will be applied on all Walk-in/ Pickup orders less than $100 (CAD).
- Shipping Charges: Loomis Express Ground, UPS Ground or Best Available Option depending on Shipping Zone.
Freight / Shipping fees and taxes will be applied at billing.
Payments: E-Transfer, Direct Deposit, Cash, Company Cheque or Credit Card.
- For free shipping, there is a 3 percent service charge for credit cards.
- 8% interest per monthwill be charged on past due accounts.
- No order will be shipped on account with a previous balance.
- A charge of $25 will be applied in the event of a NSF Cheque.
- When the payment terms are Visa & the payment is DUE within 3 days, Payments not received within this time (4 days after invoice date) your credit card on file may be charged.
Claims or Damage:
- Any claim should be informed within 72 hours after delivery. Claims made after 72 hours will not be honored and you will have to pay the Invoice Value.
- Please keep boxes and all packaging material.Pictures may be requested. Only credit notes are issued for damaged or missing products.
- All credits will be forwarded to the customer account not towards any credit card.
Return & Exchange of Merchandise:
- Returns have to be pre-authorized within 10 days from the receipt of goods to you.
- Customers have to cover the shipping fees after 10 days to return items. This cost is non-refundable.
- 20% restocking fees would be on all returns after 10days.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of package.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with prior approval. Items should be in their original condition.
